RETURNS POLICY

You may return any new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We charge no restock fees for items returned in new condition.

We aim to please - if you encounter any issues please let us know and we will fix it right away.

If you want to send something back for any reason - no problem - please use the form on the Contact Us page to give us a heads-up before returning anything so we can provide you with a RMA number and you can return the package to us at our address -

Once the package has been received and then inspected by us at Motone your refund will be processed and credited back to either your credit card or original method of payment you used to make the purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund up to 12 business days after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the refund sooner.

Please note that any products that show signs of wear and tear - road dirt - grime - dust - etc will be considered as "used" and as such unsuitable for returning.
